William Hartmaier
President & Field Sales Engineer

William has over thirty-three years experience in the electronics industry. He began his career with Ford Motor Company and moved to Regional Manager for Mallory Corporation in the early 1980's. After serving as President of SK McDonald, a Philadelphia based Manufacturers' Representative firm, William started his current company, Hartmaier and Associates Inc.

William graduated from West Chester University and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and resides in Horsham, PA.



Jon Hartmaier
Field Sales Engineer

Jon has over 15 years experience as a Manufacturers' Representative. In 1992 he joined Hartmaier Associates as an Inside Sales Associate. Over the years, Jon has transitioned to Outside Sales Engineer and Vice President of Hartmaier & Associates.

Jon Graduated from Widener University and resides in Horsham, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children.



Joseph Allen
Field Sales Engineer

Joe joined Hartmaier Associates in 2006 as a seasoned professional in the electronics industry. His 15 years experience include OEM manufacturing and test, distribution sales and direct sales all within the electronics industry.

Joe graduated from Penn State University and resides with his wife in Harrisburg Pennsylvania.



Steve Rubin
Field Sales Engineer

Steve comes to Hartmaier Associates with over 20 years experience in the electronics industry. Before starting his own rep firm, DS Electronics LLC, Steve served as Senior Vice President of a large regional distributor.

Steve resides in Barnegat, NJ with his wife and children but will relocate in 2008 to Florida. He will handle sales in this region for Hartmaier Associates.



Joan Marcolina
Inside Sales

Joan has over twenty years experience working as an Inside Sales Associate in the electronics industry. Joan began her career at CGM Inc, a local manufacturers' Representative. After CGM and Hartmaier Associates merged, Joan began working with Hartmaier Associates.

Joan resides in Flourtown, PA.



Brad Hartmaier
Information Systems

Brad Hartmaier is President and CEO of Udi3 Inc., and Lead Developer of Alldigitalnet Web Design & Development. He is also Representative Corporate Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Udi3 Inc.
